Airman & Family Readiness Center
The Altus AFB Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) provides Airmen and families with activities and services which strengthen our community and promote self-sufficiency, mission readiness and adaptation to the Air Force way of life. We welcome active duty members from all services, retired military members, civilian DOD employees and their family members. All services are free. The A&FRC also assist commanders and base leadership meet their responsibilities for the health and welfare of the military families and single members.

The Readiness program was established specifically to help meet the needs of Air Force family members while the sponsor is deployed or on a remote assignment. The Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) facility provides on-going education and assistance to families and prepares members and families for all facets of military life. Also provided, is assistance and support to individuals and families during mobilizations and deployments, evacuations, local or national emergencies, and disaster responce.
